Tim Collins
Security and intelligence management, in the Air Force and for its contractors.
Tim's career is in security and intelligence: facility, industrial, information, and personnel security, counterintelligence, threat assessment, and risk analysis. In the Air Force he was the noncommissioned officer in charge of a 17-member denial and deception flight at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center.
Since then he has run security programs for Air Force organizations at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and for the contractors that support them, most recently as the senior industrial security program manager for a directorate security office in the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center. He has also been a defense contractor's Facility Security Officer and the senior official for its insider threat program.

Tamra Collins
Funding, billing, and accounting systems on government contracts.
Tamra manages the money on government contracts. As a finance manager she supervises and trains financial analysts, sets up projects and funding, reviews budget against actual spending, prepares the monthly client billings, and runs the company's compliance training on timekeeping and allowable costs.
Before that she led the accounts receivable team at the University of Dayton Research Institute, which produced 450+ government and industrial invoices a month, and was corporate business manager at Frontier Technology, where she ran the cloud ERP implementation. She has also worked inside the Air Force, as a resource advisor for Air Combat Command and as an accounting technician at Cannon Air Force Base, and holds a BS in Business Management from Western Governors University.

Supervises and trains the financial analysts, sets up projects and funding in Costpoint, prepares the monthly client billings, and reviews budget against actual financial reports to monitor spending.
Leading an accounts receivable team
Designed and executed the performance and review expectations for a university research institute's accounts receivable department, and reviewed its processes, procedures, and project setup in Costpoint.
Putting in accounting and payroll systems
Project manager for payroll and HRIS implementations of ADP, Paycor, and Paylocity; a team member on Costpoint, Unanet, Oracle iExpense, and AS400 rollouts; and the lead for Costpoint Expense implementation and training.
